one pair missing bait and not ship?
i bought 2 pair of ear rings from diamondpearltz, when i received package it was already open so i contacted seller and ask where were my second pair and that package was open, instead i get shipping transcript from seller, which i did not need since i already have informed mail from usps. so far i went to post office and inquired of package and was told that it was open when they had package, i informed seller and i all i get is a condescending message. and now i am left with a missing pair of earrings, and now wondering how many people have bought products from this seller and only got one instead of the numbered they ordered. how do i get seller to start a return or acknowledge problem and get ebay to step in?
