One package, two shipping labels, "both" reported delivered, how to get refund for extra label
I have purchased and received refund for duplicate label in the past, so I do know how to cancel a label. But when looking at my list of recent sales, I noted one item is pictured twice with two labels with different tracking numbers listed. When I searched the tracking, it says they were both delivered, which is impossible. I would like to get a refund for the one that was extra, but can't tell which one was actually used because it looks like they both were. But that is impossible because I only shipped one such item.

Could you have used one for another order?
