One-off Shipping Upgrade Request
Hi, I have a listing with standard USPS shipping for free. A buyer has reached out and wants the items at a higher grade of shipping that they'll pay for (they want UPS), but I have no idea how to make an offer for that. Ebay won't let me send an offer at a higher price and there's no "add shipping" option.
Is there a way to do this? Do I have to alter the entire listing to allow this? Thanks for any help.

Mentor3 years agoYou can REVISE the listing and add UPS in the domestic shipping section.

Mentor3 years agoIf buyer hasn't purchased the item yet, revise the listing and add the additional option.
If buyer has purchased, but not paid yet, click on Send Invoice and add the additional option.
If already paid, you can send a PayPal invoice for the additional charges.

OP3 years agoThanks. I wanted to avoid changing the listing but looks like that's my best option in this case.
