One of my listings has a policy violation. I have wholesale receipts from the wholesaler.
I read through all the help information. This item was listed last night, and immediately was identified as 'counterfeit.' It's a licensed apparel item, with wholesale receipts from the rights owner. The notice doesn't identify which products are affected, but I'm assuming it's this item. How can I address this to prove that I didn't list something that infringed on a copy right, even though eBay already blocked the listing from customer views? Ebay help pages say it will still show up on my active listings, but there is no flag on any of my listings to indicate which one it is. I don't intend to relist it, but I don't want to have a repeat of this issue in the future.
