One of four items shipped with USPS was delivered damaged/broken, now what? and who's responsible?
4 glass bowls were shipped by USPS on 7/21/25, within the USA, and one of the four bowls was delivered broken. Who's is responsible to the buyer?

Mentor1 year agoThe seller is responsible for getting the item safely delivered to the buyer.
The buyer can assist the seller in filing a claim with the USPS, but they are not required to do so.
The seller should refund the buyer for the broken items and then file a claim with the USPS. USPS will pay the seller if the claim is successful.
