One negative review has ruined my selling on eBay
so I saw Cell collectibles and a lot of the items that I have are unopened because they’re brand new and I bought a bunch of DVDs from one guy that was going out of business and a bunch of video games and such and one of the video games out of all the video games that I’ve gotten from him that were vintage. One was the wrong game that was inside. I don’t even know if that’s even true because it’s like the first time that’s happened, but I’m sure I trust That the seller wouldn’t give such a bad review if it was the wrong DVD inside the wrong game inside so I sent them to really very expensive vintage games to make up for it and gave a full refund, but they didn’t even say thank you or one nice thing back. It was like they were just trying to take people down

All sellers get negatives - the first one stings, but it does not ruin your selling.
Take some time and compose a nice factual response to the feedback. Word it carefully - your response tells me more about you as a seller than the buyer’s neg tells me. Mention that as described, the game had never been opened, and that you gave the buyer a full refund. Something like ‘I was shocked to learn that there was no game in the sealed case. I immediately sent the buyer a full refund.’
