-Job one is to turn Auto-pay OFF as @comics-scifi-collectibles advises on this page: Buyer management | eBay
If you have Auto-pay turned ON and offer Combined shipping then a Buyer who wins an auction is given 7 days to pay or continue shopping.
-With Auto-pay OFF you can then decide if you want Unpaid items to be automatically cancelled by eBay after 4 days OR manually by you as long as you want to wait. That setting is in your Account settings here:
And the section is titled: Preferences for items awaiting payment
-I sell a lot auction style, I have Auto-Pay turned OFF, I offer Combined shipping and I have the Auto-cancellation turned OFF. This lets me work with Buyers who want more time to pay allowing me to cancel when I want to. A winning bidder does NOT get 7 days to pay either with my settings.
@whitebeard.ltd You need to allow invoices in account settings. Then your buyers should be able to choose to keep shopping. Allow invoices is on this page>
The other option is to NOT require payment method prior to bidding. Then the buyer has at least 4 days to pay, you can set it for longer if you wish. The require payment option is on this page: https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
