On-hold payments
Hi, just for a record, I'm an international student holding an F-1 visa. I didn't know that selling on eBay may require an SSN or ITIN, and I don't have any of them. I sold my GoPro for $107 and it is not over $600. Now, eBay is holding my payout and asking me to update my personal verification info including SSN or ITIN. From what I have searched, eBay doesn't normally ask that for just a simple sale so what can I do instead of providing this info?
