On hold funds

Question

Hi there. My money is on hold because I do not have a tracking number that the item was delivered. I used a courier and have a bunch of communication and picture from courier of the buyer holding the guitar. They don't have an email number and every time I try to go in and put the tracking number which is just an invoice it does not allow me to do it. Is there an email number where I can send them all this proof that was delivered the actual day the buyer paid me so I can get my money off of hold?

@oceanbreeze954 Funds are held for at least 30 days for sales of $1k over for all sellers.

Plus since you are a new seller fund holds of 30 days is normal.

Using a courier was not the best choice as you don't have tracking proof of delivery.

Your best options at this point are to have the buyer say they received the guitar in feedback and in an eBay message.

Did you use Local Pick Up as the option when you chose to use a courier? If you did then the buyer received a code that you can enter in the eBay APP as your proof of delivery.
