On canceled or canceled order
I I recently canceled an order but resolved the issue with the buyer with the seller I would like the order to go through how can I uncancel a canceled order

So, are you the buyer or the seller? After checking the record of your Completed listings and your feedback As a Seller, it appears that you are not a seller, at least on this account, so you must be the buyer. You (buyer) cannot cancel an order on your own. Only a seller can cancel an order. When a buyer wants to cancel an order, the buyer must request that the seller do the cancelling. The seller might do it, or might not do it.
Go to your Purchase History page, you can use https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase if you like. In the buttons across the page, just above the list, find the "Returns & Cancelled" button, and click it. Confirm that the order you're talking about is indeed cancelled. You said that you and the seller have ironed out your differences, so it's possible that the seller didn't cancel the order. You might even see it in your list of purchases, before you click the cancelled orders button.
If the order has been cancelled, you can just buy it again, unless the seller wasn't as satisfied as you are with the resolution of the issue and blocked you.
