On cancelations made by the seller
I ctact the seller when I saw that she canceled she did not respond then I contacted her oday1-30-25 to ask for my refund she stated she canceled before receiving payment but she send me a confirmation purchase receipt and it also left my bank on 1-23-5 I asked the seller for my refund and explained that she still had my obey she did not respond and I have been going in circles trying to open a case or get someone to help me this can’t bhappening please help me thank you I hope I get some help son so I wound be so anxious please help I have Ben a positive member since 2008 I have 100 percent positive feedback since 2008 please help me I am so upset

Go to your Purchase History > https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
Find the item. (you may need to use the Returns & Canceled tab)
Click on Order Details, it should show if the transaction has been canceled and status of your refund.
