On an game I bought it wasn't in the box now is someone going to refund my money or give me my game

The potential for a refund starts with you.
Read up on eBay’s Money Back Guarantee. There is a link to it in every listing.
Have you reached out to the seller with your issue? A quick note, ‘hey, I received the ______ today but the ______ was missing from the package. Can I return it for a refund?’
If they won’t work with you, open a case for ‘item not as described’ (you received something, but it wasn’t like it was described in the listing).
Do not open a case for item not received because you did receive an item, just the wrong item.

First, make sure that the listing was not for an empty game box. There are some scoundrels who will sell empty boxes in a game category, hoping to fool buyers. If that is what has happened, the seller and listing can be reported, end a different approach will be necessary.
Otherwise, open a return request within your purchase history, selecting the reason "does not match description or photos". Upload the requested photo of the empty box in the return request. The seller will have three days to send a return label or offer a refund.
After you receive a return label and return the item to the seller, eBay will refund your payment.
