Older Purchases
Is it possible to find an order placed in 2009? I am trying to find my invoice, but unsuccessful. Does EBAY save *(archive) all transactions?

Mentor4 months agoYou may be able to spot some basic information about an old transaction in your feedback if you exchanged feedback with the seller.
There may be some info in your email archives as well.

Mentor4 months agoYes and no. To go back that far you need to run a report but when it comes to purchases there will be very little information available about the purchase. Usually it is just he name of the item and the price paid. No photos or description is available.
To run a report you go to your account settings and under personal is a link to run a report. You select the report and time frame and it takes seven full days to run the report. You must open the report and download it within 10 days or it goes away.
