Older electronic equipment is often listed as fully functional and working as intended, but then the seller will put not tested or the power light comes on but not tested. Yet, they say that it is working . How is this not false advertising. And why is there not a category in the reporting menu by Ebay, so that this false advertising can be reported?ThanksSteve
