Older Account Seller Limits

Question

I have an older account, started in December 2001, with 58 positive reviews but do not sell on Ebay often, maybe once in the last year. I now have more than ten items I want to list but when I try to request an increase I just get a message saying my account is not eligible for one. I cannot find any way to contact support either.

I don't understand. I have a good selling and buying history and have had the same account for over 20 years. Why am I being so restricted to sell?

You haven't sold anything in awhile, so you'll have to work your way up. Just keep listing what you can and when you start selling items without any problems, they'll start increasing your limits.
