old user macbook
I bought a used macbook from a seller and when I went to configure it it shows that the machine still has the previous owner's passwords (it feels like the machine was stolen before being sold to me), I already spoke to the seller and he simply apologized and asks to activate the refund but the machine is in africa and the seller like ebay guarantee that the product has been refurbished and ready to use, I don't want a refund but another machine
What should I do?
since I don't have the money to return the machine and ask for a refund
help me please, it took me 3 years to buy the machine

Mentor3 years agoWhat is the item number? I want to check the listing to see if it was purchased using ebay's International Shipping or did you use a reshipper located in the USA?
