Old selling listings
I had about a dozen items for sale that were not active (taken down because I was unable to ship them as required) for more then 90 days now I can't see them (to relist them) in my seller hub. Are these older listings archived somewhere else?

No, ended listing are removed after 90 days and can not be retrieved.
