Old Return Address showing up on shipping labels
Hi everyone! I've been shipping a few items and I noticed that the Return Address was an old address. I've already updated my personal information months ago so I don't know why it is making labels with my old address as the Return Address. Any insight?

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.
Also note: Item Location on the listing must be changed on the listing itself.

OP10 months agoOk. It should be changed more. That is an impossible setting to find! Luckily I didn't change towns so my listings are all still accurate
