Old purchase never received

Question

I ordered an item from the UK last June. The seller claimed the delay last summer was due to the tariffs. It was a hobby item and I was patient. Late in the year, the seller stated the tariffs issue had been cleared up and my item would ship soon. I kept inquiring, kept getting "soon" replies and the seller stopped communicating several weeks ago. I kept sending messages to eBay with no reply.

I finally went to the Resolution Center, and as the order in question was nearly a year past now, it wasn't listed. I selected another purchase to get into the system and detailed the problem specific to that order. Nothing yet. Is it possible to get a live agent on the phone without being on that concierge service? That AI support has the answers to everything EXCEPT the issue one needs addressed.

@akajamesherbertharrison I am so sorry that the seller stalled you out of your eBay Money Back Guarantee. You only have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a not received refund request case on eBay. An eBay agent can't extend the the time limit.

Past that date you would have to file a chargeback with your payment method, they have time limits too though that are probably past.
