Old old old negative Feedback
I am starting selling on ebay again after a very long hiatus - my last sale was in 2014 and the guy left me me negative feedback because his golfclubs took too long to get there. I remember this transaction, his feedback said he ordered 2 clubs the same day and they got there 5 days sooner. Well he didn't take into account that he lived on the opposite side the country and a big package like golf clubs just takes a bit longer. I sent it on time. Either way, I guess the details don't really matter but I hate that the first thing you see on my feedback profile is his negative mark. The only one I ever got. I should have fought it when it happened but I wasn't super active on ebay and just didn't have time. It's seriously 10 years old. My rating is 100% but I feel like potential buyers will see that and move on. Anything I can do?

Mentor3 years agoBuy a few things you need for your business. Boxes, packing supplies, tape. Those sellers will leave you positive feedback which will move that negative down the screen.
