Old Logo will NOT go away
My old company logo displays on my FB page (https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/feedback_profile/kings_bay_sales)
I changed it everywhere I can find, but it persists I *think* only on this page. Any ideas?

Mentor1 year agoIn order to change your profile pic you need to go here:

Currently there is a bug that prevents your profile from being updated if there are any newline characters in your "About" text. So you will likely need to edit your About text first to make sure that your text is all one paragraph with no line breaks. Then you should be able to update your profile photo and have the change accepted.

OP1 year agoThere is only this, but looking up the instructions to change the about info lead to a little pencil over it 😃

Mentor1 year agoI still see the same two paragraph "About" text in your profile. Until you update that so that it has no line breaks, you will not be able to change your pic.

OP1 year agoThe about text does not have line breaks, not special characters. I posted the screenshot already.... and I did change it already, also updated previously 😃
