Old eBay Account Got Overwritten After Password Change
I originally just wanted to change my account password. I don't know why the eBay system registered a new account with my old email address. This caused my old account to be overwritten. I don't know if there is any other way to see my purchase history. Where exactly can I contact customer service?

Instead of changing your password you have created a new eBay account.
Write down this username (and password) somewhere safe, then sign out of this account and try signing in to your original eBay account.
