old ebay account
How can I access my old eBay account? I don’t have access to the email anymore and I don’t remember the user name. I used to sell and had great ratings. By creating a new account, I’ve lost my seller ratings. Is there a way to find it?

How long has it been since you last signed in successfully? eBay may close dormant accounts that have not been signed into recently to prevent those accounts from being hijacked for scams.
Try signing in to the eBay account using the email address as your username. That may work if the account is still registered, has not been hacked and if you know your password.
To reset your password you will need valid contact information in the account other than your email.

Mentor1 year agoIt will depend on how long ago you last used the account. eBay will close unused accounts to prevent hackers from taking over the account and scamming other users. When was the last time you used the account?
