Old Account is Missing
Hello! I was a seller about 10 years ago and am looking to get into again. But my account seems to have disappeared. I don't want to start from scratch.
Has eBay deactivated my account? Any thoughts on what might be going on? It's like it never existed.

eBay routinely deletes accounts that have not been signed in to in years to prevent such accounts from being hijacked and used for scams. Typically eBay sends an email warning notice first, but you may not have seen it if your contact information was not up-to-date.
If eBay allows you to create a new eBay account using the same username and email address, the old account is gone.
