Okay to use smartphone photo of an auction house page? ...showing my actual item, my original photo?

photographed Julien's Auction pg.

The auction "reserve" of $40K was higher than the top bid of $37.5, so there was no sale. I supplied the photographs to them, but I wish to show their catalog page to denote prestige collectors market. Will eBay allow my usage of this image?

No. That is copyright infringement.

Only one stock photo can be used when making a listing for a brand new item. Also, the auction house may have a problem with you using their photo and could report you to eBay since the auction page may not be considered legally a stock photo since the book is probably copyrighted.
