Official complaint against the eBay service I received the last couple of months
Dear all,
Please, advise me if this is the right place to submit specific ticket numbers and to explain the whole story. I already did this in a couple of tickets and I was told that eBay would get back in touch with me in 24, 48, 72 hours, etc.; and nobody did.
I do not wish to have a chat with any agents any longer, as this is wasted time. On the other hand, I cannot talk to the eBay representatives, as I am supposed to insert a US / Canadian telephone number and I do not have one.
So, ultimately, how could my message reach any eBay supervisors / managers? Thank you.

You may need to do a chargeback with your bank or credit card.

Mentor1 year agoThat link is for eBay Germany. I am not sure if Switzerland and Germany share policies as I have not dived into their policy pages very much.
I do have a direct link for members located in the US but you can only get call backs for US and Canada.

All I want is to receive my credit, as eBay informed me in an official e-mail from November 2024. Please, provide me with an e-mail address, so I could file in an official complaint. This is the only thing that comes to my mind because then I could reveal specifics about my case. Thank you.

What is the problem that you contacted customer service about?
I see you are located in Switzerland. This is volunteer help in the US on eBay.com
