Offers should be turned off when there is a sale promotion at a reduced price for that item.
When a sale is created it requires a percentage discount for a select group of items.
These items should not be eligible for Offer Prompts initiated by eBay.
In addition, the process of creating a promotional discount should have the option to transfer the information to a marketing campaign to promote the sale. I can only see manual options available which is very time consuming and subject to errors in posting.
