OFFERS ON ITEMS
Hi! I need help. I'm new to selling on eBay. I have a few items listed right now, some are getting attention, so I want to send offers, even eBay is suggesting it, however, when I select an item for me to send an offer, it takes me to a page where it says my items are not eligible. I've been playing with the site and I've come across with 8 items that are "eligible" to send offers, but again, when I try too, it won't let me. Is it because I have the "allow offers" button on?
