Offers From Seller Placed In Cart But Discounted Prices Do Not Show Up
Hi, I received offers on multiple items. I placed the items in my cart. However, when I go to my cart and checkout the discounted prices do not show.
Am I doing something wrong? Or is there a delay in the discounted prices showing up in my cart and at checkout?

Mentor2 weeks ago@taul166 You need to purchase from the OFFER not from your cart. Keep in mind that eBay is not set up to combine shipping on Best Offer items. If the seller chooses to they can send you a partial refund for the shipping overcharge but they are not required to do so.

OP2 weeks agoThanks. The problem I see with that is when you received OFFERS on 15 items, are you saying you need to take advantage of the OFFERS by purchasing each one individually....which will result in 15 separate transactions and refunded postage on 15 items.......is that what you are suggesting? It would be so much easier if you were able to consolidate the multiple purchases by rolling it up to a single consolidated purchase from your cart.

Mentor2 weeks ago@taul166 If I programmed the site I would allow combined shipping on on best offer items.
Ebays thinking is that the item has already been discounted.
You'll need to work with the seller and see if they'll agree to a partial refund on shipping.
