As a seller, you’ve probably noticed the “Send Offers Eligible†button in your Seller Hub/Active Listings (see screenshot).
Basically, while you were researching how much to sell your item for, you likely viewed one or more similar listings. eBay’s automated system recognized you as an interested buyer and flagged you as a potential customer. This allows other sellers to send you offers or discounts on similar items.
I usually just decline these offers since I do my own research extensively before listing.
