Offers for items am not watching
For a while now, I’ve been getting offers on items that I looked at but am not watching, nor have I ever watched. I look at lots of items, but I only watch if I’m interested in buying. I’m getting 5 - 10 offers a day for things I don’t want. Now eBay gives my info to anybody? It’s just annoying to look through my offers list and have mostly items I don’t care about…

Mentor2 years agoebay is not giving your info to anybody. If you have clicked into a listing, ebay might let the seller know that the listing is eligible to send Offers to a handful of buyers who have either placed the listing on their Watchlist or looked at the item. When the seller sends out the Offer, s/he has no idea who the Offer is being sent out to.
If you do not want to receive Offers, you can opt out of receiving them.
