Offers being sent and free shipping not authorized by me
I have had several sales that said free shipping and I have only offered free shipping on one item. When I browsed through my items, there were about 10 with free shipping. When I looked at the listing it did not have the free shipping button on! How is this possible? In addition, a friend of mine just received an offer from me that I did not initiate. I have since put on double verification but this whole thing is upsetting. Anyone else experiencing this or have suggestions?

You had 4 recently sold items with "Free shipping" and you have 1 current listing with "Free shipping".

OP1 year agoI didn't put free shipping on those. And the one that say free shipping now, when I try to change it , it wasn't clicked free shipping to begin with. The only item I knowlingly put free shipping on was the Jim Beam Corvette Decanter. Why are offers being sent without me initiating it? Silver Elvis Presley was sent to my friend and I didn't do it.

OP1 year agoIn addition, my Hamm's Beer Ashtray, I looked up my original listing from the email saying it had been listed and it had buyer pays shipping. Thursday it sent my friend 10% discount with free shipping. I ended the listing because I didn't do that!

OP1 year agoI ended the listing for free shipping just now. I have only offered free shipping once. There has to be a glitch somewhere.
