not sure where to go with this. I had someone make an offer on my item. I accepted, but then ebay couldn't process the payment on their end, and the offer got canceled, like it never happened. the offer they made was for my lowest accepted offer. i suspect they were just making offers until one got accepted so they could check on my minimum. this sucks because I thought I had a sale. is there a way to prove this person was misusing the offer system?
