If you only have a few, use this link: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active?offers=bestOfferEligible&source=filterpanel&action=search
Otherwise, you can bulk edit and just add Best Offer to every listing. That will add it to the listing without Best Offer, and won't impact the listings who already have it.
1) Go to your active listings in Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2) Check the box beside each listing you want to make a change to, or use the top check box to select all. (if you haven't used Bulk Edit, start with just 2 listings - later just pick them all)
3) Click "Edit Selected" from the drop-down list
Once Bulk Edit opens,
1) Select your items again, then
2) Bulk Edit
3) Offers<<==
4) Add Best Offers <<==
5) Apply
6) Submit All
7) Confirm and Submit
8 ) Done
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You could also narrow the list by starting here
https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active?offers=bestOfferEligible&source=filterpanel&action=search
Then click the box to select all that meet the criteria, then follow bulk edit steps from above.
