What if you make an offer and buyer counter offers but then sells item. When the first buyer still had 22 hrs to make a decision

Mentor11 months agoeBay changed the way offers work about a year ago. Until the item is paid for anyone can purchase the item even if a counter offer has been made. So just accepting an offer or having a counter offer made does not guaranty the item is yours. The first user to pay for the item gets it.
