Offers
Ebay states I can send offers to people that have my item in their cart for more than 2 days. It says click “my eBay sellingâ€, then select “send offer†beside the eligible item. I don’t see “send offer†even though I know I have several items that are in people’s cart. I know this only by going through my listings one by one and observing “in one cart†to the left of my photo.
Can someone help me figure out how to send the offer to the people with my item in their cart?

Mentor1 year agoYou may only have that option if the user with your item in the cart has not opted out of receiving offers, or has not already received an offer from you.
