Offers
When I list a price on my listing wi th best offer I leave the offer amount blank. When I look back at the listing's the AI has added a price way lower then the one I listed. I now no longer accept best offers. Why does this happen. My prices are not overly high. The AI does not know how many items are in the listing! The prices quoted are wrong.

OP1 year agoI set a bin price at the time the AI suggests a price the item sold for recently, AI is unaware that I am selling, not one but multiple items so that suggested amount is only a suggestion. Later when I review my listing there is a minimal offer amount added to my listing. So I stopped adding the offer option.

·1 year agoDon't let this interfere with whether you use the Best Offer option. Decide whether or not to use it on its own merits for what you are selling. Double check the Minimum Offer and Auto Accept boxes (for that matter double check everything) before you click the List It button. If eBay does set a high Minimum Offer even though you made sure it was blank come back and revise the listing to change it (you might consider manually putting in one--since the ebay.com limit on an offer is $0.99 you might consider putting that or $1.00--to override any autofill that may be lurking there).

·1 year agoWhat do you mean by "the offer amount"? You can set an amount to automatically reject anything lower than and/or one to automatically accept anything higher than the filled in amount. You of course also have the Buy It Now price (unless it is an auction listing and you choose not to have BIN) and a Starting Price for an auction format listing. Which are you talking about? Screenshots might help.
