I seem to be having issues receiving notifications. They are turned on, but yet I’m not seeing them and lost out on 2 offers and now I can’t send the potential buyer a message because there’s no way to do so. God forbid you can get a hold of eBay customer service! I tried clicking on Contact Us, but nothing pertains to my situation and when I try something else it doesn’t connect to a chat or agent. I don’t know what to do now. It’s happened twice in a week!
