"offering to sell outside of ebay" policy
i've been selling on ebay for over 25 years and have never violated ebay's policy listed above...but in the last 9 months ebay has removed many of my auctions, falsely charging me with violating ebay's policy of "offering to sell outside of ebay....i appealed and just won a recent cancelled auction where ebay said they would not remove it....but 4 days later they removed it again....have spoken with 6-7 agents who agreed that i never put any contact information in my auctions but could or wouldn't advise how to change anything....very hard to get past the automated "agent"....agents no help...wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor...promised to review and get back but didn't...i also answered in detail to ebay's "how did we do?" emails...but no answer...don't think they read them...called twice today and ebay said agent would call me in 1 minute....but never did....3+ hours wasted....
Anyway...have any of you had similar experiences.....would appreciate hearing from you.....thanks....mike
