Offering Combined Shipping
Hello Everyone,
I'm new to selling on ebay and I am confused about how to automatically offer combined shipping as most larger ebay stores do. At this point I'm having to manually refund people for extra costs. The ebay guides have not been helpful in this regard sadly. Can you please tell me how to do it? I tried with flat shipping rules but it does not seem to work
