Offering 2nd highest bidder the chance to purchase item, when winning bidder does not pay!!
When the "buyer" doesn't pay for an item, why can't I offer it to the second highest bidder... eBay used to have that. Is it still around and how do I impliment it in my auction? I am getting a lot of no paying bidders and its killing me!!
