Offered partial refund 10 days ago with no response? Total sell amount taking from current sales
a buyer requested a refund 3 weeks after buying an item listed for $20 I accepted her $14 offer. She then accused me of selling a fake tube of lipstick.. it is 100% authentic and she took pictures of a tube she had and the tube I had and said mine was fake despite me listing all pictures of the item on the listing. She could have compared prior to purchase. I offered a $5 refund since she has used the lipstick and it’s not worth it to pay for shipping for a $14 item & she left me negative feedback LYING about our communication and making false accusations about me selling fake items… I had a single tube of Mac lipstick listed if I was in the fake makeup business I wouldn’t have one tube of lipstick for sale..it has been TEN DAYS since I offered a partial refund and nothing has been accepted , no response, NOTHING. Yet I have 17.99 on hold taking from my current sales… eBay has not helped when I have attempted to ask the customer service chat bot

If the buyer filed a Return Request, and refuse to refund in full, the buyer can ask Ebay to step in and Ebay will take the full refund from your account.

You needed to provide a prepaid return shipping label so the buyer could return the item to you for a full refund. If you did not cooperate, the buyer could have Ebay step in.
