Offer:eBay refund
I received an "Offer:eBay" refund of $3.75 on my credit card earlier this month & cannot see this on my credit card statement. Is this hacking or legitimate?

·1 year agoWas it an actual refund as opposed to a "Pending" transaction (the pre-authorization hold that eBay puts on your payment source when you make a bid or offer) expiring? The latter simply disappears and will not show on your monthly statement since it was not an actual transaction.
