Offer wasn’t accepted but credit card charged
I need to talk to someone at EBay about an offer I made but seller hasn’t responded and it looks like my credit card was charged. If so, I need the item shipped today or cancel and seller doesn’t respond to my emails

·3 years agoCheck the status of what you are seeing on the card website: When you pre-authorize payment in order to make a Best Offer the pre-authorization hold displays as a transaction that is "Pending" until it is removed later (not sure whether eBay or your card issuer decides how long that takes, can be a few days).
