Offer was not accepted.
My offer was not accepted on an item. The item has not sold. The seller has reduced the price And is accepting offers. I received a message informing me that the I reached the number of offers. I was under the impression that after 9 months I should have the ability to present a new offer given the circumstances - lower price and I received an email saying make an offer for this item. Any help on a solution

you can always message the seller instead and have them send the offer to you
