Offer was accepted, but got a message that it expired
I put an offer in for an item and did not get a notification from eBay. I checked a couple of days later, and saw that it had expired. I then put in an offer on a second item from a different seller. I now see that both offers have been accepted, but I have not received any notifications from eBay. I've asked the second seller to see if I can cancel the order. Is this related to the internet outages yesterday? Anyone else having similar issues?
