Offer to buyer, multiple items in buy it now listing

Question

I have a dish set listed as buy it now. Plates separate, bowls separate, saucers separate, etc. Sent an offer to interested buyers. One is interested in 11 plates, but at checkout it says the offer is only for 1 plate. I thought the buyer could specify how many plates ( for example) they wanted to purchase under the offer, but buyer says she doesn’t see that the quantity can be changed. Is there a solution, so she can buy multiple pieces of the items she wants?

I don't see that you have a listing for a dish set.

I see individual listings for single items of the Staffordshire Liberty Blue Historical Colonial Scenes. These are not multi quanitity listings, so if the buyer makes an offer through the listing, the offer is for the ONE item pictured in the listing.
