Offer spam?
Hi, new seller here. I don’t want to spam buyers that I previously sent offers to. If the buyer did not previously accept the offer, but they still have the item on watch, will they also get the new offer that I sent to new watchers? Thanks!

Mentor6 months agoeBay will automatically limit the number of offers that you are able to send so that you are not sending multiple offers to the same users unless those users are doing things like removing the item from a Watch List and then adding it back.
