Offer scams(?)
In my 26 years on eBay this hasn't happened. Now twice in a week. I received offers on two (2) different items that both hit within the min-max offer range. I promptly accepted both offers. The buyers (2 different buyers) allow the offer time limit of 5 days run out and neither ever paid the offer they made and I accepted. What is this all about? This action locks you out of making pricing or offer changes for 5 days, essentially stopping buyers and serious offer makers for 5 days. What are the buyers getting out of this?
