Offer Return after 90 Days
A buyer is unhappy with a product they purchased--it is not as described. I am hoping to offer a return and refund. eBay doesn't seem to let me do this.
How can I offer a return and refund after 90 days?

Mentor1 week agoYou will not be able to do this through eBay. After 90 day you can no longer do anything through eBay regarding the purchase. You will need to handle this outside of eBay.

Mentor1 week agoYou cannot go through Ebay to approve a return & refund past 30 days.
You can create a return label on a shipping site like Pirate Ship or other carrier websites, save it as an image file (like a JPEG), and send it to the buyer.
If the buyer supplies their email address, you can send the refund through Paypal or Venmo.
